Survivor missions award the People resource upon completion, based on how many survivors you rescued.Campsite / on foot survivors won’t feel safe even if a Shielder is the only enemy nearby.The vehicles survivors stand on have dramatically increased health if you didn’t notice, and yield less material when harvested.Car / RV / Campsite survivors can be the Male or Female Sniper, or the Female Shotgunner.Nedkit survivors - or Ned, shares a character model with the male Bruiser.Relay Towers will spawn a male shotgun Defender.Almost all survivors share similar character models to Defenders.You will not be able to Rescue the Survivor until all remaining Monsters are killed. Time-based activity of approximately 40-45 seconds to kill surrounding Monsters. Find the missing Medkit which will have an alerting sound notification when you are nearby. You need to activate the tower and build up to it. A Med-Bot needs to be deployed to revive the survivor and requires 2 BluGlo to activate.
As the mission awards Survivor XP, you can increase Homebase Power level by repeating the mission as many times as possible to level up Survivors in the squad. The survivor will be invincible (not take any damage) as long the RV is not destroyed. For RV roof survivors, build a ramp towards the survivor, then a floor at the survivor to allow Monsters to directly attack the survivor instead of the RV. Adrenaline Rush will also heal survivors. Health and movement speed pylons also affect survivors health and movement speeds. Smashers are rare but can spawn in Rescue the Survivors missions. Husk spawns on the map are increased during Rescue the Survivor missions, meaning you’ll see more sleeping husks, and patrols will spawn more often. You can build survivor radar towers if you need help finding survivors to rescue (these are wooden). A tier 3 reward Chest will be rewarded for maximum completion.
